Online shopping has slowly inched its way up my favorite-things-to-do list since I’ve been so busy lately to stop in stores. I just love seeing everyday things– tumblers, bags and more that are inspired by books. Things that are book related just make me want to buy something just a little bit more. I thought I’d compile a list of some of my favorite things to share in a feature called Book This!
1. Book clutches have been becoming more popular recently and Aldo’s book clutch is an affordable (on sale right now for $30!) option. I love the size and it adds a cute touch to your outfit. It can also become a shoulder bag, which is convenient.
2. I’ve been slowly redecorating my room and I love how Out of Print has some home decor things, too. Since I’m a huge Jane Austen fan, I’m getting the Pemberley pennant ($12.00). Instead of repping a school, I’m repping a fictional estate because priorities.
3. I love printed totes and this Sujean Rim for Barnes and Noble tote is so cute ($19.95).
4. Kate Spade has a bunch of book clutches, too, and if I had the money (they’re pricey), I’d totally get the “Written in the Stars” book clutch.
5. Speaking of Kate Spade and printed totes, this Kate Spade x Strand Bookstore tote ($14.95) is really cute too and I like the typography on this.
6. I love this travel mug that’s covered in a watercolor painting of bookshelves ($18.00). It’ll be nice to carry your coffee/tea/drink in the fall since the weather’s getting colder.
What’s your favorite bookish item? Do you enjoy seeing everyday objects that are inspired by books?
*I try to have the current prices but prices may have changed since writing this post.
