A LITTLE BIT MORE
In 2009, Jessica started reviewing books but she noticed that there was a lack of Asian-American representation in books, whether it was lack of Asian-American authors or characters. Since then, she’s written essays and criticism for Zora, Los Angeles Review of Books and more regarding issues about representation and diversity in medicine and literature.
She’s interested in literature, diversity, medicine and healthcare, and history among other subjects. For selected works, visit her portfolio.
