Hi everyone! This is probably a rushed post that I’m thinking of right now. The speed at which my life goes has picked up and my to read list grows exponentially because I’ve done nearly nothing to reduce the size.
Anyways, there’s a joint contest done by Justine Magazine and Figment and the prize is an e-reader (max value $200) plus publication of the winning entry in Justine Magazine.
The prompt is to rewrite a classic story (written before 21st century) and bring it into modern times. There’s a word limit of 1200 words. All entrants should be between the ages of 13-18 and a female. (Deadline is tonight (July 24th) at midnight.)
Seeing how I fit the requirements, I’ve done written a submission. It would be great if you could vote for mine!
Thank you!

If you’ve voted for mine, please leave a comment below so I can thank you in a later post!
P.S The submission that I wrote will be posted later on this blog in a full and revised version.
